With over twenty years of bakery experience behind him, George Wong, the founder of Jessica Pastries has created a company which has grown quickly in a very competitive market, assisted by the commitment of every passionate employee. In less than five years, we have expanded the company’s plant from 14,000 to 42,000 square feet. Despite being the youngest of all major cake manufacturers, we are by no means a junior player in the industry. Jessica Pastries is presently selling to major supermarkets and distributors in Quebec, Ontario and the company has also started to build a friendly trading relationship with our neighbor in the States.
