Quality Control

We have a quality control team in place to make sure our products meet the highest standards. Our plant is already following the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system. All products must pass through a metal detector. For further questions, please contact our food engineer Jerome Tchotanin.

An audit was conducted in Jessica Pastries Inc. against the highest food standard ISO 22000. We got an astonishing result of 97%. Click here to view report.
