Where Do You Deliver?
We are located in Saint-Hubert, Quebec, and ship to points within Canada and the US.
How Do I Place An Order?
Most orders can easily be placed by fax or email (see below). If this is your first time, you'll need to contact our Sales Department at email@example.com.
How Far In Advance Should I Place My Order?
Please place your order 15-20 days in advance.
Due to the high volume of requests for our cakes, we require at least two weeks' notice for any custom order, not including the time to deliver.
What Is The Minimum Order Required?
We require six pallets for our cakes, mixed or not. Other inquires can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What Are My Delivery Options?
We currently offer two delivery options:
Pick-up at our location in Saint Hubert, Quebec:
There is no extra charge if you want to pick up your order at our plant located in Saint-Hubert, Quebec. Please book an appointment between Monday and Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Shipment to points within Canada and the continental US:
We can deliver to any distribution Centre within Canada and the continental US. The cost to ship will be discussed, then reflected in the pricing.
